Age & Size Requirements:

• SXS: 25+ to rent and drive
  • All SxS passengers must be tall enough to always be properly seated with their back against the backrest with seat belt fastened, holding the handhold, and feet firmly planted.
• ATV: 18+ to rent / 16+ to ride
• DB: 18+ to rent / any age of capable rider
  • Kawasaki KLX 140L: Weight limit = 150lbs
  • Yamaha TT-R230: Weight Limit = 200lbs

Required to Rent (Any Vehicle):

• Rental Waiver
• Damage Deposit
• Helmet
• Protective Eyewear (not provided – available for purchase in the Welcome Center)
• Park Pass (must be purchased separately)

Included in Your Rental:

• GPS Navigation (sxs rentals only)

Rental Schedule:

• Your rental reservation is for the time stated on your rental reservation.
• Rental hours are between 8 AM and 4 PM, even on Night Rides.
  • Full-Day Rentals (8 hours): 8 AM – 4 PM
  • Half-Day Rentals (4 hours): 8 AM – 12 PM or 12 PM – 4 PM
    Half-day rentals are only available when renting SXS vehicles.
• Rental vehicles cannot be rented out after 2 PM. Arriving after 2 PM for your reservation will result in forfeiture of your rental.
• Late rentals are subject to pay a late fee of $150.00 per hour or any portion thereof after check-in time until rental vehicle is returned.
• Please note: “Weekend” is defined as Friday through Sunday unless the adjoining Monday is a holiday or event, in which case, “Weekend” is defined as Friday through Monday.

Damage Deposit:

• All rentals require a damage deposit on a credit card for each vehicle rented. Card holder must present at the time of rental with a valid ID matching their credit card. Please note:
  • Debit cards are not accepted for damage deposits.
  • Damage Deposit will be held until the rental vehicle is returned, has been cleaned and inspected, and it is determined that no damage is present.
  • IMPORTANT: depending on your credit card company, it can take 5 to 7 business days to release the hold. The owner of the card MUST BE PRESENT
• Damage deposit amount varies on the rental vehicle ($500 per Dirt Bike, $1,000 per ATV, $1,500 per Side-by-Side). One damage deposit per vehicle rented.

Other Rental Rules:

• Rental vehicles can only be ridden by the stated occupancy of the Vehicle (occupancy = drivers + passengers)
  • SXS Rentals = 4 occupants
  • ATV Rentals = 1 occupant
  • Dirt Bike Rentals = 1 occupant
• Renters must obey all posted signage and speed limits.
• Rentals cannot be driven on Black diamond trails, mud bogs, the drag strip, race tracks, through undesignated creek crossings, or submerged.

Cancellation Policy:

Equipment Rental reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival or full rental will be charged. Reservations made during weekends containing a special event, holiday, or Night Ride weekends must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival or full rental will be charged. We do not refund for weather unless we have to close due to inclement weather.

Please note: there is a 10% processing fee for all cancellations.

Cancellations must be processed by calling our Welcome Center.
