Carolina Adventure World is a private 2600 acre park. Use of this property / admittance is a privilege and not a right. At any time and at any point, CAW reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any reason. Any guest can also be temporarily or permanently removed. Here at Carolina Adventure World, we want our guests’ experience to be enjoyable. We offer an outdoor experience found in very few places. We expect our guests to be kind and courteous to all guests and park staff. Please be mindful of others in your behavior on our property and on the trails.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you on the trails!
Recovery services are available at an hourly rate of $50 per hour, with a minimum of one-half hour ($25). Additional personnel and/or equipment will be charged accordingly. Recovery charges start when dispatched and include necessary time to locate the unit. When our personnel check back in, recovery charges end.

All park attendees and riders must sign a waiver. You are responsible for your own experience. Riding trails and motocross can be dangerous. It requires skill and competence to avoid serious injury.
Annual pass riders must have their annual pass card with them upon entry. Day pass riders will be given a wristband to wear as identification. Please stop when signaled by a park ranger or CAW staff.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardians sign the liability waiver and remain on-site with them at all times. CAW recommends that you follow Federal Guidelines on ATV age restrictions.
Anyone inside the park without the proper pass will be considered trespassing and will be treated as such. They will be subject to being banned from future admittance to CAW.
CAW currently rents ATVs and Dirt Bikes. Check out our rentals for more information.
All riders are required to wear a DOT approved helmet at all times.
Ride cautiously and safely at all times. Stay on marked trails, and obey all signs, gates and barriers. See map for one- and two-way trails. It is against federal law to ride in creek beds. Only cross at marked areas.
Please maintain a speed limit of less than 10 MPH when entering the park, in CAW parking lots and in camping areas. Failure to comply can result in removal from CAW. Safety is our top priority.
CAW strongly recommends that you wear a chest protector on these tracks.
No tire restrictions. No paddle, blade, spike or chains allowed. All others are welcome at CAW. Please do not rut out the trails or service roads. Use designated mud areas.
We ask that you only ride double on ATV or RUV units designed for two riders.
Three wheelers and jeeps are NOT allowed at CAW unless otherwise stated for special events or purposes.
Our Blue and Green trails are designated for dune buggies and are 72″ in width.
In order to provide a more enjoyable experience for all our guests, all parking areas, RV decks, and overflow lots are slow speed zones. Speeding (in excess of 10 mph), “donuts”, power-slides, and burnouts in these areas are disruptive, cause dust, spray gravel, and may cause damage to other people’s vehicles.
If you are observed doing any of these activities in slow speed zones you may be expelled from the park with no refund.
Parents are responsible for and must accompany minor children at all times and may be removed from the park for the actions of their children.
Thank you for your help making Carolina Adventure World a great place to ride!
