Equipment Rental Info:

  • You must be 18 years or older to reserve a rental unit.
  • Riders must be 16 years or older to ride an ATV.
  • Dirt bikes can be ridden by any age/capable rider.
  • All rentals require a Rental Waiver, damage deposit, riding pass and helmet.
  • Your helmet and gas are included with your rental.
  • Riding passes must be purchased separately. Please refer to Park Rates for more information.
  • All equipment rentals require a damage deposit/pre-authorization on a credit card with a valid ID. ($500 deposit for dirt bikes & $1,000 deposit for ATVs)
    • Please note: depending on your credit card company, it can take 3 to 5 business days to release the hold.
  • Debit cards cannot be accepted for damage deposits.
  • Equipment rentals are from time park opens until time stated on the CAW Rental Contract (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and cannot be rented out after 2 p.m. (including night rides).
  • Rental equipment cannot be driven on Black Diamond trails, creeks or tracks.

Cancellation Policy:

Equipment Rental reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival or full rental will be charged. Reservations made during special event, holiday and night ride weekends must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival or full rental will be charged. We do not refund for weather unless we have to close due to inclement weather.

Please note: there is a 10% processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations must be processed by calling our Welcome Center.

We also have personal equipment available for those who need it.

  • Boots: $12.50 per day
  • Chest Protector: $10 per day
  • Additional Helmets: $5.00 per day

Helmet and gas are included with rental. Rental does not include riding fee. Please refer to Park Rates.

Equipment rental hours are within the normal hours of park and do not include night ride evening hours. Units are not able to be rented out after 2 p.m.
